Can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information. You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 days of your purchase. If you are an international customer, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 5-7 days of your purchase. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Christos accepts the following forms of payment:

7. Apple Pay

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance. 

 

Can I use multiple forms of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

 

I only received one of the item in my order, where is the rest?

Online orders can come from multiple warehouses. If you only receive part of your shipment, you’ll receive tracking on your other goods as they ship.

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

If you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Order confirmations can be delayed due to volume, and often end up being marked as email spam. Make sure to save your order number for your records.

 

Which Countries do you ship to?

We only ship within the United States and to U.S. Territories.

 

Can I change the address that my order is shipped?

No, Christos only ships to the customer's billing address.

 

I accidentally  entered the wrong postal code/apartment # and the package is now being returned to sender. How do I go about having my package reshipped to me?

Once the package has been returned to our Warehouse, we will reach out to the customer in regards to any address issues then reship the product(s) to the proper address.
